Method
1. Start by draining the canned tuna and transferring it to a mixing bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper to the tuna.
3. Mix everything together until well combined.
4. Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
5. Serve the tuna salad on the toasted bread and garnish with parsley or dill.
