Ingredients
– 500 g turkey mince
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp paprika
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 400 g canned diced tomatoes
– 2 cups spinach, chopped
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the turkey mince to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
5. Pour in the diced tomatoes and add the spinach. Simmer for 10 minutes, then serve hot.
