  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced carrots to the skillet. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle salt, sugar, and black pepper over the carrots. Mix well.
  4. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the carrots are tender.
  5. Add butter, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir everything together and serve.
