Ingredients
– 1 cup of rolled oats
– 1 cup of milk
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tablespoon of baking powder
– 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– Butter or oil for cooking
– Fresh fruit for serving
Method
1. Start by blending rolled oats in a blender until they turn into a fine powder.
2. Add milk, eggs, baking powder, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt into the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and then flip to cook the other side.
5. Serve hot with fresh fruit on top.
