Ingredients
240 ml heavy cream
240 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
½ cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup mini marshmallows
Method
Combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl.
Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Pour in whole milk and mix again until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and mini marshmallows.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for about 6 hours or until solid.
