Ingredients
500 g gnocchi
400 g broccoli florets
400 g canned white beans, drained and rinsed
300 ml vegetable broth
200 g shredded cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
2. Spread the broccoli on the bottom of a baking dish.
3. Pour the vegetable broth over the broccoli, then add the gnocchi and white beans on top.
4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly across the top.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
