Ingredients
– 400 g cooked chicken, shredded
– 200 g tortilla chips
– 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup corn, drained
– 2 cups shredded cheese
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1 cup salsa
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 1 lime, cut into wedges
– Sour cream, for serving
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly across a baking sheet.
3. Top the chips with shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and cheese.
4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with avocado, salsa, cilantro, and serve with lime wedges and sour cream.
