Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 2 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ginger, grated
– 2 spring onions, sliced
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds
– Cooked rice, for serving
Method
1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
2. Next, add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger together. Pour this mixture into the pan.
4. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes until fully cooked and coated well.
5. Serve over cooked rice, and top with spring onions and sesame seeds.
