Ingredients
– 4 large portobello mushrooms
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt to taste
– Black pepper to taste
– 4 hamburger buns
– 1 cup fresh spinach
– 1 large tomato, sliced
– 1 avocado, sliced
Method
1. Preheat the grill or a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
3. Brush both sides of the mushrooms with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Cook the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they become soft and juicy.
5. Assemble the burgers by placing each mushroom on a bun. Top with spinach, tomato slices, and avocado.
