Ingredients
– 1 cup of rice
– 2 cups of water
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– 500 grams of chicken breast, diced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 2 cups of broccoli florets
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
Method
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.
4. Add the chicken, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook until the chicken is browned.
5. Stir in the bell pepper, broccoli, and soy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
