Method

1. Grate the zucchinis and sprinkle them with salt. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
2. After 10 minutes, squeeze out excess water from the zucchini using a clean kitchen towel.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped herbs.
4. Add the egg and milk to the dry ingredients, then fold in the grated zucchini until everything is combined.
