Ingredients

– 6 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

– 1 teaspoon mustard
– 1 celery stalk, chopped
– 2 green onions, sliced

– Pepper, to taste
– 4 slices of whole grain bread (optional)

Method

1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
2. After cooking, transfer the eggs to cold water to cool down. Once cooled, peel the shells off the eggs.
