Ingredients
– 4 chicken breasts

Method
1. Start by preheating your oven to 200°C.
2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
3. Make pesto by blending basil, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor.
4. Spread the pesto over each chicken breast evenly.
5. Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, then add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the dish for the last 5 minutes.
