Chili with Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
400 g canned diced tomatoes
400 g canned kidney beans, drained
350 ml beef broth
2 tsp chili powder
1 cup macaroni, uncooked
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Start by browning the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, and chili powder. Mix well.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add the uncooked macaroni and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the macaroni is tender.
