Buffalo Chicken Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
500 g chicken mince
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine the chicken mince, breadcrumbs, parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on the baking tray.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Once done, drizzle buffalo sauce over the meatballs before serving.
