Ingredients
400 g chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
300 ml chicken broth
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
150 g spinach
1 cup cooked pasta
Method
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add diced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour in the chicken broth and add cherry tomatoes and spinach.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in cooked pasta before serving.
