Wheat Ladoo with Jaggery Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup jaggery, grated
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 cup chopped nuts (like almonds or cashews)
1/4 cup grated coconut (optional)
1/4 cup water
Method
Melt ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add wheat flour and roast it until it turns golden brown.
Stir in grated jaggery, cardamom powder, and nuts.
Mix well while brewing on low heat until jaggery dissolves.
Shape the mixture into small, round balls while still warm.
