Ingredients
300 g gram flour
150 g jaggery, grated
100 g unsweetened coconut, grated
5 g cardamom powder
50 g ghee
50 ml water
A pinch of salt
Method
1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add gram flour and stir constantly until it turns golden brown. This should take about 10 minutes.
2. In a separate pot, combine jaggery, grated coconut, water, cardamom powder, and salt. Cook on low heat until the jaggery melts completely.
3. Pour the melted mixture into the pan with the flour. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
5. Once cool enough to handle, shape the mixture into small balls, or laddoos.
