Delicious Narkel Naru Ladoo Recipe: Grated Coconut Treat

Ingredients
1 cup grated fresh coconut
1 cup jaggery, chopped
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee

Method
1. Combine water and jaggery in a saucepan. Heat over medium until the jaggery melts, stirring occasionally.
2. Add grated coconut and cardamom powder to the melted jaggery. Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. Grease your hands with ghee, then take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls or ladoos.
5. Allow the ladoos to cool completely and set before serving.
