Manicotti Recipe
Ingredients
250 g manicotti pasta
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 cup spinach, chopped
700 ml marinara sauce
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Cook the manicotti pasta in boiling water for about 7 minutes, then drain and let it cool.
3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Carefully stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
5. Pour marinara sauce into a baking dish, place the stuffed manicotti on top, and bake for 25 minutes.
