Ingredients
1. 1 liter of whole milk
2. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3. 1/2 cup of sugar
4. 1/4 cup of milk powder
5. 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
6. 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
7. 2 tablespoons of ghee
8. Chopped nuts for garnish
Method
1. Pour the milk into a large pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking.
2. When it starts boiling, add lemon juice and mix well. Milk will curdle, and the whey will separate.
3. Turn off the heat and strain the curdled milk through a fine cloth or sieve to remove excess liquid.
4. Place the drained cheese in a pan. Add sugar, milk powder, coconut, cardamom powder, and ghee. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Transfer it to a greased plate, flatten it out, and let it cool. Cut into pieces and garnish with chopped nuts.
