Ingredients
- 450g pork sausage mince
- 60ml butter
- 60g plain flour
- 500ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Method
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Break it apart while cooking.
- Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt. Stir in the flour and keep cooking for about 1 minute.
- Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix everything together well.
- Serve the gravy hot over biscuits or toast. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a nice touch.
