Ingredients
– 500 g ground beef
– 250 g ricotta cheese
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 jar pasta sauce
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
3. Form the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking tray.
4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they are cooked through.
5. Serve the meatballs with pasta sauce on top, along with your favorite side dishes.
