Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
½ cup seeds (like pumpkin or sunflower seeds)
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups yogurt (plain or flavored)
2 cups mixed berries
¼ cup nut butter (optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Combine oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
Stir the granola every 5 minutes so it becomes golden and crunchy.
Layer yogurt, granola, and mixed berries in serving bowls and top with nut butter if desired.
