Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
2 cups water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon urad dal
2 green chilies, chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
Salt, to taste
Method
1. Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add salt to taste.
2. Mix in the rice flour gradually while stirring to avoid lumps. Cook until it forms a smooth dough.
3. Once the dough is ready, let it cool for a minute. Grease your hands with vegetable oil.
4. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into dumplings.
5. In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, green chilies, and curry leaves. Stir until fragrant. Then, add the dumplings and cook for a few minutes until they are golden.
