Ingredients

Method
1. Combine flour, salt, and dry yeast in a large bowl.
2. Pour in water and mix until the dough becomes sticky.
3. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it rest for about 12 to 18 hours at room temperature.
4. Preheat your oven to 220°C and place a cast iron pot inside to heat up.
5. Once the dough has risen, carefully transfer it to the hot pot, cover, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
