Easy Cauliflower and Green Peas Curry

Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup green peas, fresh or frozen
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt, to taste

Method
Start by heating vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Next, add chopped onions to the pan. Sauté them until they turn golden brown.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Cook this mixture until the tomatoes soften.
Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well, then add cauliflower florets and green peas.
Pour in enough water to cover the vegetables. Season with salt, cover, and let it simmer until the veggies are tender.
