Ingredients
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into four burger patties.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
- In the same pan, add canned diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve the patties with the tomato sauce poured over them. Enjoy your meal.
