Cheesy Bacon Ranch Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
1 kg baby potatoes
1 cup chopped bacon
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.
Add bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all potatoes are coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Roast for about 30-35 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven for an extra 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
