– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– 1 medium radish, grated
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
– 1 tablespoon oil
– ½ cup water (more if needed)
– Extra flour for dusting
– 2 tablespoons butter (for cooking)

Method

1. Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
2. Allow the dough to rest for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the grated radish, cumin seeds, red chili powder, fresh coriander, and oil in a bowl.
3. Divide the rested dough into equal balls. Flatten each ball slightly, then place a spoonful of the radish mixture in the center.
4. Carefully fold the dough over the filling to enclose it. Roll out the stuffed dough gently into a flat circle, dusting with extra flour if necessary.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each paratha, adding butter on both sides, until golden brown and cooked through.
