Whole Wheat Ragi Crust Skillet Pizza With Roasted Zucchini & Olives

Ingredients

1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
2. 1 cup ragi flour
3. 1 teaspoon baking powder
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
6. 1 cup water
7. 1 medium zucchini, sliced
8. 1 cup olives, sliced
9. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
10. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method

1. Mix whole wheat flour, ragi flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
2. Stir in olive oil and water until a dough forms. Knead it on a floured surface for a few minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Roll out the dough into a round shape and place it in the skillet.
4. Top the dough with sliced zucchini, olives, mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
5. Cook for about 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is cooked through.
