Ingredients

200 g cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
1 small onion (diced)
4 bacon slices (cooked and chopped)
8 large jalapeño peppers
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion, bacon, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.
3. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds for less heat if desired.
4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
5. Place the stuffed jalapeños on the baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
