Ingredients
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 roll of aluminum foil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Soft cloth for polishing
- Small bowl (optional)
Method
- Begin by tearing off a piece of aluminum foil and placing it in a bowl or your sink, shiny side up.
- Combine the baking soda, salt, and vinegar in a bowl. Watch it fizz up.
- Pour the mixture over the aluminum foil. Ensure it covers the foil evenly.
- Add warm water to the mixture. Stir gently until it’s well mixed.
- Soak your silver items in the solution for five to ten minutes. Rinse them off with clean water and polish with a soft cloth.
