Ingredients
– 500 g fresh green beans
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 0.5 teaspoon salt
– 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
– 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
– 0.5 teaspoon paprika
– Fresh lemon juice (to taste)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
2. Wash the green beans and trim the ends.
3. In a large bowl, toss the beans with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and paprika.
4. Spread the coated beans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast them in the oven for about 20 minutes, then squeeze fresh lemon juice on top before serving.
