Method
1. Combine the corn, flour, breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, eggs, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly as you go.
4. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
5. Place the cooked fritters on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
