Ingredients
– 1.5 kg frozen beef roast
– 2 cups beef stock
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 carrots, sliced
– 3 potatoes, diced
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 2 teaspoons dried thyme
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. First, turn on the Instant Pot and select the ‘Sauté’ function. Add olive oil and let it heat up.
2. Next, add chopped onion. Cook until it becomes soft, around 3 minutes.
3. Put the frozen beef roast into the pot. Pour in beef stock and add garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Arrange sliced carrots and diced potatoes on top of the roast.
5. Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally before serving.
