Method
1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
3. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Roll out the dough on a baking tray and spread tomato sauce evenly on top.
5. Sprinkle cheese, vegetables, and olives over the sauce. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
