Ingredients
– 4 medium sweet potatoes

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into even cubes.
3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
4. Toss the sweet potato cubes in the bowl until they are well coated with the oil mixture.
5. Spread the cubes onto a baking tray in a single layer and roast for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until they are crispy.
