Method
1. Start by mixing almond flour, matcha powder, salt, and shredded coconut in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir everything together until well combined.
4. Spread the mixture evenly into a lined square tin. Sprinkle chopped nuts and desiccated coconut on top if using.
5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm. Cut into slices before serving.
