Ingredients
- 400 g firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Method
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and maple syrup until combined.
- Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and marinate for about 15 minutes.
- After marinating, sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and mix well to coat.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the tofu and mixed vegetables, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
