Ingredients
– 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
– 1 cup dried wadi (spiced lentil dumplings)

– 1 teaspoon garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
Method
1. Start by heating the oil in a large pan. Add the cumin and mustard seeds and let them sizzle.
2. Add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
3. Introduce the potato cubes and stir well. Cooking them for about 5 minutes will help soften.
4. Sprinkle turmeric and red chili powder over the potatoes. Mix everything together thoroughly.
5. Finally, add the dried wadi and chopped coriander. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
