Method

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly. If using fresh spinach, boil it for 2-3 minutes, then blend it into a smooth paste.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion and cook until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for another minute.
  4. Mix in turmeric, salt, and garam masala. Then, add the spinach paste. Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Gently add the paneer cubes and cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring the paneer is well coated with the spinach mixture.
