Ingredients
– 4 cups oyster crackers
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 packet ranch dressing mix
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried dill
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the vegetable oil and add the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Stir well until combined.
3. Add the oyster crackers into the bowl and gently toss until they are coated with the seasoning mixture.
4. Spread the coated crackers evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while still warm. Let cool before serving.
