Ingredients

Method
1. Start by grinding the black and white peppercorns using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.
2. Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
3. Add the vinegar, salt, and sugar to the boiling water, stirring until everything is dissolved.
4. Mix in the minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and chopped chili. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Finally, stir in the ground pepper until well combined and remove it from the heat.
