Ingredients
– 1 cup of water
– 1 cup of milk
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 4 shots of espresso
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– Optional: cocoa powder for garnish
– Optional: whipped cream
Method
1. Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.
2. Pour the steaming water into a cup and prepare 4 shots of espresso using a coffee machine.
3. In a separate container, heat the milk on medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling.
4. Combine the warm milk with sugar, vanilla extract, and a tiny pinch of salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
5. Pour the espresso into the milk mixture and stir gently. Add a sprinkle of cocoa powder or whipped cream on top if you like.
