Ingredients
– 240 ml Aperol
– 240 ml Prosecco
– 120 ml soda water
– 120 ml orange juice
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 2 cups ice cubes
– 1 orange (for garnish)
Method
1. Combine Aperol, Prosecco, soda water, orange juice, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir the mixture until all the sugar dissolves completely.
3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
4. Place the dish in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, scraping every 30 minutes with a fork.
5. Once it becomes fluffy, scoop into bowls and garnish with orange slices.
