Ingredients

– 200 g soya granules
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 200 g cheese, grated
– 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
– 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
– Salt, to taste
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 12 small puff pastry cups

Method

1. Start by cooking the soya granules in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the cooked soya and mix it with the chopped onion, bell pepper, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato sauce.
3. Add the grated cheese, mixed herbs, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir well.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the puff pastry cups on a baking tray.
5. Fill each pastry cup with the soya mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
