Ingredients
– 600 g chicken wings
– 60 ml olive oil
– 60 ml fresh lemon juice
– 30 g fresh dill, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 30 ml soy sauce
Method
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and soy sauce.
3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
4. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning them occasionally.
5. Remove the wings from the grill and serve hot.
