Ingredients
- 600g fresh peaches, sliced
- 150g sugar
- 240ml milk
- 110g plain flour
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine sliced peaches with 50g sugar. Let them sit for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, vanilla, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and remaining sugar until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spread the peach mixture over the top without mixing.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbly.
