Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin spice, salt, and vanilla.
3. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set. Let it cool before serving.
